“I have been suffering from severe migraines since my childhood. So I was curious to see if those symptoms could be reduced by wearing special lenses.

I could since state very satisfying experiences by wearing those glasses. As soon as I notice a migraine might come up, I wear my specialised glasses. They really seem to reduce the constant pressure on my head and those pounding headaches drastically. Sometimes the pains even completely disappear.

As a result the other vegetative symptoms are being reduced significantly. Therefore I will keep wearing those glasses in the future, since they increase the quality of my daily life as well as my ability to concentrate and focus. Another positive effect is the reduction of my medication intake.”

“I’ve got my new “specs concept” sorted. Before visiting Esa Puhakka, I was armed with several pairs reading glasses (night side table, dining table, car, office, holiday home, next to the sofa, working folder, etc.). Today, I go about life in a much more relaxed way.

I was impressed with the measuring of my vision and the result: fine binocular glasses, which allow me to wear my glasses throughout the day instead of having to put glasses on – take them off – put them on again…

Shopping lists and small prints on documents are no longer a challenge for me. When working in front of a screen, I have got another pair of glasses. With those, I can also recognize the “Trumpf” in a card game of “Jassen”. Just great really! I am very happy.”

Very inviting shop with a wide range of nice glasses. It is hard to decide on a model. You realise immediately the high degree the knowledge of the optometrist has.

I had problems with my old glasses; when reading or working on the computer my eyes were quickly fatigued.

Esa Puhakka swiftly realised that my old glasses were over-corrected and he recommended a slightly weaker correction. So I decided on an elegant wooden framed pair of glasses, which help me work better in the office but also let me see better and more comfortably. I am very happy with my new pair of glasses and I will come back for sure.”
